{Yoga has two meanings|The meaning of yoga has two definitions}. {Firstly, it is a school of thought in the Hindu religion|First is that it is a school of thought followed by the Hindu religion}. {Secondly, a system of mental and physical exercise developed by that school|Second is a way of mental and physical exercise invented by the school}. {Students of yoga|Yoga students} are referred to as yogis, or yogins{, and use exercise and spiritual meditation to achieve the goal of isolating the soul from body and mind|. These yogins use yoga for exercise and meditation and aim to the goal of being able to isolate the soul from their bodies and minds}.

The meaning of yoga has two definitions. First is that it is a school of thought followed by the Hindu religion. Students of yoga are referred to as yogis, or yogins, and use exercise and spiritual meditation to achieve the goal of isolating the soul from body and mind..
Faithful yoga practitioners think human beings suffer because we wrongly believe that our souls are forced to our bodies and minds|Strong practitioners of yoga believe human beings suffer because we believe our souls are tied to our bodies and mind| }forced. When a yoga student gets it and understands it truly, his or her soul will gain Moksha: release from the Samsara, the cycle of rebirth that the Hindu religion is based. .
Concentration of mind on chosen object (dharana)
Meditation (Dhyana)
Lastly (Samadhi)
At the Samadhi state, the yogis realize the soul is pure and free, empty of burden. Kaivalya has been reached when all eight stages are finished: complete isolation of the soul from the body, all other souls, and from nature. .
People today mainly practice yoga as a way of staying healthy and to achieve flexibility. ‘Prakriti’ and ‘purusha’ are what every human being exists of Prakriti is a person’s body, brain, and ego, your regular self. Purusha is pure, divine, the unrealized consciousness. Together it’s your heavenly soul..
